<Specialistの1日の流れ>
1. 出社。各種コミュニケーションツールを確認して新着情報の確認および当日のスケジュールの確認。
2. 午前中は資料作成などのデスクワーク。担当プロジェクトに関する設計資料や説明資料の作成を進める。
3. 休憩後は部内ミーティング。プロジェクトの進行状況の共有や新着情報の共有、意思決定などを行う。
4. BPOや他部署とのミーティング。担当プロジェクトに関連する認識のすり合わせおよび問題解決に向けた議論を行い合意の獲得や運用の調整を進める。
5. リーダーとの1on1。個人目標の進捗状況の共有や指南を仰ぎ課題解決を進める。
6. 日報を記入して、帰社。
