Regional Brand Strategy & Market Leadership

Lead brand marketing strategy and execution across Europe E&E brands, with primary responsibility for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain.

Brand Positioning, Campaigns & Creative Stewardship
•
Help shape and evolve brand positioning, narratives, and campaign strategy for Meetic and OurTime / DisonsDemain, ensuring clarity, distinctiveness, and consistency across touchpoints.
•
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through launch, optimization, and learning, ensuring the brands come to life through compelling creative work, high-quality execution, and culturally relevant ideas.
•
Manage an internal Creative team, maintaining a high creative bar and strong brand stewardship across regional campaigns, assets, and activations.
Commercial Impact, Budgeting & Measurement
•
Own regional budget allocation and prioritization for key Europe brands, balancing long-term brand building with short-term business needs.
•
Partner with Growth, Analytics, and Media teams to connect brand work to measurable outcomes and ensure marketing plans are grounded in a clear KPI framework.
•
Bring a commercially rigorous mindset to decision-making, with a clear view of how brand investment supports awareness, consideration, acquisition, and long-term growth.
Consumer Insight, Product Partnership & Local Relevance
•
Work closely with Product, Design, and UX partners to ensure the in-app experience delivers on the brand promise for each brand.
•
Help shape product marketing narratives, launches, and moments that reinforce brand positioning and drive member value.
•
Act as a strong voice of the consumer in product discussions, bridging brand strategy and product reality—particularly important as both brands evolve.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
•
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, creating clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional ways of working.
•
Align partners across Marketing, Product, Growth, Insights, Creative, Comms, PR, and Media around shared business goals and executional excellence.
•
Operate as a player-coach: setting a vision, driving impact, and creating an environment of empowerment, creativity, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
•
13+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in consumer tech, digital products, lifestyle brands, or other fast-moving consumer categories.
•
Proven experience leading end-to-end brand strategy and execution, from insight and positioning through campaigns, measurement, and growth impact.
•
Strong creative judgment and a clear point of view on how to build modern, culturally relevant brands that people want to talk about.
•
A commercially minded, data-literate approach, with comfort making decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
•
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work across brand, product, growth, media, insights, and communications.
•
Experience leading regional or international marketing in complex, matrixed environments, with the ability to balance consistency and local relevance across markets.
•
A builder’s mindset: pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and energized by brands in evolution.
•
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach teams, set a high bar, and drive accountability.
•
Fluent English is required.
