In this role you will…
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and broader GTM functions, helping scale high-performing teams during rapid growth.
- Coach leaders through organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, leadership development, and scaling challenges.
- Partner with leaders to navigate performance management, compensation discussions, promotions, leveling, employee relations matters, and organizational change.
- Drive organizational health through direct feedback, thoughtful leadership partnership, and strong business and talent judgment.
- Support and operationalize core talent programs, including performance cycles, calibration discussions, promotion processes, and manager enablement efforts.
- Reinforce high performance standards, accountability, and clarity around expectations, feedback, and growth across the organization.
- Partner on org design and team structure decisions, including spans, layers, role clarity, and manager effectiveness.
- Use People insights, business context, and organizational data to proactively identify risks, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build lightweight but scalable People frameworks, manager guidance, operating mechanisms, and repeatable processes that improve consistency and effectiveness across the business.
- Partner closely with Talent Programs, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and People Operations to deliver a cohesive and scalable People experience.
- Contribute to company-wide manager enablement, leadership programming, and People team operational excellence initiatives.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve speed, quality, scalability, and consistency across People workflows and manager support.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable tools and resources that increase leverage across the People function.
Required skills and experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR, HRBP, or People Partner experience in high-growth environments
- Strong experience supporting GTM organizations such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders
- Deep experience with performance management, calibrations, promotions, and organizational design
- Strong employee relations judgment and ability to navigate complex people situations thoughtfully and directly
- Strong operator mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly with high ownership
- Strong business acumen and organizational judgment
- Excitement around AI, automation, and modernizing People functions

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
