What You’ll Do
- Provide technical, functional, and business process consulting expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate how Coupa can meet and exceed the business needs of prospective customers, with a clear focus on delivering measurable value.
- Maintain a strong functional understanding of Coupa’s products, with the ability to discuss and demonstrate platform architecture and integrations.
- Conduct platform demonstrations, executive presentations, business process discovery sessions, RFP support, IT workshops, training sessions, and marketing presentations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing valuable sales and product insights to Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Manage assigned accounts, with approximately 25–50% travel required.
- Contribute to Coupa’s growth as a leader in the Business Spend Management (BSM) market.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and scale best practices across the broader organization.

- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS roles, including Presales, Implementation, Solution
- Consulting, or other customer-facing software positions.
- Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), eProcurement, and Accounts Payable (AP) Automation solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Intake Management, Expense Management, and AI-native solutions is a plus.
- Background as a practitioner in Financial Accounting, Procurement, Finance, or Information Technology is a plus.
- Previous solution consulting experience with platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, Concur, Medius, Basware, Zip, Ramp, Brex, NetSuite, Great Plains, Oracle, or SAP is a strong indicator of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience configuring software solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
