As a technical champion and force multiplier, you lead and mentor teams of exceptional engineers while collaborating closely with Product and Design partners to tackle complex technical challenges. Your expertise spans architecture, design, and hands-on coding, allowing you to have a significant impact on the product and our customers. A portion of your time is allocated to "Staff Dev Projects," which may include cross-team initiatives, work acceleration within your team, exploration of emerging technologies, addressing technical debt, or investing in the future of engineering at Jobber.
Using our engineering hiring process, we will explore the skills and qualifications you bring and match you with one of the teams currently hiring. Our hiring process has an interview with a Talent team member (45mins), a Hiring Manager Interview (60mins), a take-home challenge with a follow-up Functional Interview (90mins) and a Senior Leadership Interview (45mins). This role has a minimum annual salary of $145,900, a midpoint of $171,600, and a maximum salary of $197,400, designed to reflect the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
