Archer is the agentic commerce platform for customer acquisition and retention. We help companies deploy AI agents that can automatically purchase, personalize, and deliver physical gifts on behalf of their business. Instead of manually coordinating rewards, swag, meals, experiences, and gifts, companies can give agents budgets, goals, and instructions, allowing them to take action automatically when important business events occur. Today, businesses use Archer to automate corporate gifting across outbound sales, customer onboarding, referrals, partnerships, customer success, and employee milestones. A prospect books a meeting. A customer completes onboarding. A partner generates a referral. An agent understands the context, selects an appropriate gift, purchases it, and handles fulfillment automatically. What makes Archer different is that companies no longer need to manage gifting campaigns manually. Agents continuously monitor what is happening across a business and execute personalized physical experiences at the right moment for the right person. We believe corporate gifting is just the beginning. As AI agents become increasingly capable of understanding business context through CRMs, product data, Slack, Linear, Notion, and other systems, they will become active participants in how companies build relationships, acquire customers, retain users, and grow revenue. For decades, businesses have relied on software to track relationships. We believe the next generation of businesses will rely on AI agents to strengthen them.
