As our Tax Manager, you will be the group’s expert and strategic partner in all tax matters, ensuring our global operations align with international tax laws. You will manage the entire tax lifecycle—from overseeing the accuracy of global tax filings to guiding cross-border reorganizations and transfer pricing strategies. Serving as a key advisor to the CFO and various internal teams, you will turn changing tax regulations into clear business solutions while managing relationships with tax authorities and external consultants in Lithuania and abroad.

Your day-to-day
- Actively participate as a tax expert in group reorganization and cross-border business model transformation projects.
- Follow and provide local and international tax updates, identify potential risks and savings opportunities. You will serve as the primary internal consultant for finance and other departments on all tax-related matters.
- Manage communication and collaboration with external tax consultants on complex structuring and compliance projects.
- Leading the strategy and response for tax audits and control procedures initiated in Lithuania and abroad.
- Advise on the structuring of intercompany transactions and ensure all internal pricing policies remain fully compliant with local and international Transfer Pricing (TP) requirements. Oversee the preparation and regular update of global TP documentation.
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns in jurisdictions the company is active in. Conduct research of foreign tax regulations to ensure accuracy of all tax assessments and timely submission of prepared tax returns.
- Proactively supply the CFO with tax-relevant insights and escalate critical issues to ensure informed decision-making.
- Shape and refine efficient tax processes and systems, constantly seeking tax-effective solutions and structures to optimize the organization’s position.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of hands-on tax experience as a tax specialist in a tax consulting firm or in-house;
- Strong understanding of the principles and fundamentals of the Lithuanian tax law. Deep knowledge of the international tax environment, tax treaties and regulations, OECD tax framework;
- Experience in tax advice and assessment (corporate, withholding, personal, value-added and other taxes). Experience in transfer pricing and international structuring projects is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to provide clear tax guidance to stakeholders, navigating complex ambiguity while managing multiple high-priority projects.
- Strong track record in performing tax risk assessments that align with the broader business strategy without losing sight of critical technical details.
- A curious mindset with the ability to deep-dive into unfamiliar tax jurisdictions or regulations to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary global teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear business language.
