As Team Lead - PS Delivery, you will play a central role in developing consultants, strengthening delivery standards, and ensuring the team consistently meets quality, customer, and business expectations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels.
Experience using data, reporting, and operational insight to improve delivery performance.
Relevant experience in professional services, delivery operations, consulting, or customer-facing service environments.
An engineering degree, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3+ years in people management or team leadership roles.
Working knowledge of coding, along with exposure to customer delivery, implementation, service operations, or process improvement environments.
