What you'll do
Own a TOP Revenue Driving Acquisition Channel
- Own the Influencer Partnerships channel as a key revenue driver in the EU region, with a strong focus on DACH as the most important market.
- Define and execute a performance-driven growth strategy to scale creator partnerships while maintaining strong ROAS.
- Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget with full ownership of CPM, ROAS, and incremental revenue targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to scale the channel through new platforms, creator formats, and partnership models.
- Build and manage long-term strategic partnerships with high-performing agencies, agents, creators and talent networks.
Lead Growth Experiments and Optimization
- Design and run structured growth experiments to improve conversion, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize creator campaigns based on performance insights, attribution data, and funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with analytics and performance marketing teams to improve measurement frameworks and attribution models.
- Identify scalable creator formats, verticals, and content strategies that maximize performance.
Lead and Develop the Influencer Marketing Team
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for executing influencer partnerships across DACH and other EU regions.
- Create clear processes, performance frameworks, and operational excellence within the team.
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Ecommerce country teams to align acquisition strategies.
- Work with Tech, Brand, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure campaigns are scalable and compliant.
- Align with global teams to contribute to best practices and continuously improve Emma’s creator marketing strategy.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Affiliate Marketing or similar roles.
- Fluent English and another European language (German at B2 level or higher preferred).
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing towards CPA, CAC, CPM, ROAS, or revenue targets.
- Experience scaling performance-driven partnerships such as affiliates, creators, publishers, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision making.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Interest in the creator economy and emerging digital acquisition channels.
