Territory Account Manager, Enterprise Sales, Taiwan

Key Responsibilities

1. Territory Ownership & Growth

• Own and deliver revenue targets across IT Networking and ProAV segments in Taiwan
• Develop and execute territory strategy to drive market expansion and revenue growth
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and commercial segments
• Build and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
• Proactively drive demand generation and pipeline development

2. Customer & Partner Development

• Build strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, system integrators, and partners
• Drive direct engagement with end customers to uncover business needs and opportunities
• Expand NETGEAR’s presence within both existing and new accounts

3. Channel & Ecosystem Development

• Strengthen and expand the partner ecosystem across Taiwan
• Drive effective collaboration across distributors, resellers, and integrators
• Identify gaps and opportunities within the channel landscape and take action

4. Solution Selling & Engagement

• Position NETGEAR’s networking and AV solutions in customer environments
• Work closely with Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams on solution design and execution
• Support customer engagements including presentations, demos, and solution discussions

5. Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Partner closely with APAC sales teams to share market insights and align strategies
• Participate in regional sales cadence (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal discussions)
• Leverage regional resources and best practices to accelerate market development in Taiwan

6. Market Insights & Feedback

• Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and business planning for Taiwan

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, IT networking, ProAV, or related industries
• Proven track record of driving territory growth and closing complex deals
• Strong experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and system integrators
• Ability to operate independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Comfortable working in a lean environment and driving initiatives with limited local support
• Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with Taiwan market is highly preferred
