Qualifications for this role

5+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar engineering field.
Professional Engineer (PE)
Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well individually or as part of a team.

Additional qualifications that are helpful

Registered as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE)
Experience with Synchro 12 and traffic signal operations/phasing

Experience with traffic forecasting methods
