Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity
verification.
- Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questions
during candidate interviews.
- Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate
assessments.
- Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and
compliance regulations.
- Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour / day / week) while maintaining high
quality standards.
- Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification
processes.
- Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate
checks.
- Work independently in a fully remote environment.
A successful candidate will have
- Proven experience in UK recruitment, specifically in vetting checks and
right-to-work verification.
- Strong understanding of UK compliance requirements, including Modern Slavery
regulations.
- High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and
AI-based tools.
- Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting video calls.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve tools and processes.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote role.
- Weekend availability is required.
