Vice President, Commercial Strategy // CRM Enablement & Adoption

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team members to develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects Commercial Strategy objectives and priorities while incorporating ongoing stakeholder feedback
• Serve as the Product Owner for Intapp DealCloud, managing the platform from both a business and technical perspective, including configuration, workflows, permissions, page layouts, user access governance and all integrations
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial Strategy leadership to ensure alignment across platforms, support customer segmentation, audience targeting, lifecycle management and journey orchestration through connected platform data
• Evaluate and implement enhancements, automation opportunities and third-party solutions that improve platform functionality and user experience
• Define and enforce data governance standards across DealCloud, including data definitions, required fields, workflow controls and usage protocols, maintaining integrity through recurring audits, exception reporting and deduplication
• Ensure platform data supports accurate reporting, pipeline visibility, account planning and commercial analytics, collaborating with Data Analytics, Marketing and Account Teams to drive reporting consistency and actionable insights
• Support Commercial Enablement leadership with dashboard development and operational analysis
• Document workflows, business processes and SOPs to drive consistency, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
• Support user onboarding, training and adoption initiatives to maximize platform utilization
• Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings where required
• Support talent acquisition and firm development efforts
• Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program required
• Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon
• Six plus years of experience in product management, CRM administration, commercial operations or enterprise platform ownership, ideally supporting business development or go-to-market functions
• Experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking or private equity firm serving U.S. clients is preferred
• Deep hands-on expertise with Intapp DealCloud, including platform configuration, data management, workflow automation, permissions, reporting, system integrations and enhancement roadmaps, with a strong track record of maintaining platform governance and data integrity
• Experience partnering with marketing technology teams and working within integrated CRM and marketing automation ecosystems – exposure to HubSpot is preferred
• Proven ability to translate business needs and stakeholder feedback into scalable technology and process solutions
• Strong understanding of customer data management, relationship intelligence, pipeline management and commercial workflows, with hands-on experience in reporting, dashboard development and KPI tracking
• Effective project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled tooling or advanced analytics within commercial platforms is preferred
• Experience leading platform adoption, user training and change management initiatives is preferred
• Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
