Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services // Financial Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute FDD engagements including Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital analysis, revenue / EBITDA analysis and cash flow reviews
• Manage carve-outs, synergy assessments and integration reviews
• Deliver high-quality work products aligned with U.S. standards
• Work directly with senior U.S. deal teams on high-impact transactions
• Act as primary contact for US-based engagement teams and clients
• Present findings to senior stakeholders effectively
• Manage multiple engagements and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to building Triple P India presence, frameworks and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program required; CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Six to eight years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory
• Willing to relocate to or be primarily present in Gurgaon
• Strong exposure to U.S. transactions, private equity clients and U.S. GAAP
• Sector‑agnostic experience across SaaS, healthcare, consumer, industrials or financial services
• Ability to lead teams and deliver under tight timelines
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
• High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset
• Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments
