As Perk scales, implementation has become a critical lever in the business. Not a support function, but the engine that converts signed deals into live, value-generating customers. The foundation is there. Now we need the leadership to build it into something that scales.
This is a seat on the Revenue Leadership Team, leading a function of roughly 35 FTEs, across our travel and spend modules with direct accountability for delivery performance, time-to-value, and onboarding economics.
The short version: take a capable but early-stage team, bring operational rigour, build something that performs at scale, and use AI to fundamentally change how we deliver.
What you'll be responsible for
Delivery and performance You own implementation performance across all products and segments: delivery quality, project throughput, time-to-live, and CSAT. You're expected to move the numbers.
Team and organisational leadership You'll lead a team across four sub-teams, developing the mid-management layer. You'll also shape how we work with implementation partners, defining ownership and raising the bar on quality standards.
Making implementation leaner and more scalable The manual, bespoke work that slows delivery down needs replacing with standardised packages and repeatable delivery models. A clear bias toward structured over bespoke.
Productising onboarding We want onboarding in the product, not bolted on as a services layer. You'll work with Product and Engineering to remove manual steps, define default configurations, and build system-driven setup flows.
Technical integration ownership ERP, finance and HR integrations are the biggest source of complexity today. You'll own this area, simplify where you can, and influence the Product roadmap to reduce friction over time.
Revenue and cross-functional alignment You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps. Implementation complexity comes up in sales cycles and there's a direct opportunity to affect win rates by making Perk easier to buy. You own that connection.
You need to be hands-on enough to design processes yourself, data-driven enough to build and trust a capacity model, and commercially sharp enough to treat implementation as a P&L lever. Comfortable influencing Product and Sales without direct authority over either, and energised by building rigour into a function that's still scaling. If you need a fully defined brief to do your best work, this probably isn't the right role.
AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead.
We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day.
