✨ Your Responsibilities
- The plan that gets us to $100M. Build the financial blueprint that takes Lumos from where we are today to $100M ARR over the next three years.
- The pricing transformation. Help us evolve from seat-based pricing into a true AI tool, with a real model behind how we charge for agents and AI identities.
- An AI-native Finance function. Build a high-leverage Finance team that uses AI to do the work of a much bigger one.
- The operating rhythm. Run a tight Finance machine the org trusts, with clean numbers, disciplined spend, and healthy banking and compliance.
- Cross-functional partnership at the top. Be the financial voice in the room with the Head of Sales, Head of Engineering, COO, and CEO, making every leader sharper at their job.
- Investor relations and capital strategy. Own the board, investor updates, and banker relationships, keeping us ready for the next round at all times.
🙌 What We're Looking For
- You have been the #2 or #3 in Finance at a $100M+ private company, or the Head of Finance at a growth-stage company. You have closed a real round. You have built a capacity model for a sales-led enterprise GTM motion. You know the difference between optimization and transformation, and you have driven the latter.
- You are AI-native. You use Claude or equivalent every day. You can name three things you stopped doing manually in the last 12 months.
- You catch errors before anyone else does. You get nervous when something does not add up. You also know when to step back and let the operator make the call.
- You are good at the small things and the big things. You hire well. You get a charge from being in the room when the company makes its biggest calls.
