Position Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–7 years of IT experience supporting Workday Financials or similar ERP systems.
- Workday Pro: Financial Management Certification
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, budgeting, procurement).
- Experience with reporting tools within Workday (e.g., Workday Report Writer, dashboards).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital system environment.
- Workday Financials certification(s).
- Experience with Workday integrations (e.g., EIB, Studio, APIs).
- Knowledge of healthcare financial operations (e.g., cost accounting, grants management).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare organizations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
