What is Sydicom?
Sydicom is an AI career agent. It finds remote and hybrid jobs you can genuinely apply to from wherever you live, matched to your CV, and prepares each application for you: a CV and cover letter tailored to the specific job, ready for you to review and send.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits power the AI tools: an Answer Pack, a tailored CV, a cover letter. Every tool shows its exact credit price before you spend anything. Credits come with a subscription plan, and you can earn them by inviting friends.
Is Sydicom free to use?
Browsing, search and CV matching are free, always, no card required. A plan unlocks applying through Sydicom and the AI tools that prepare your applications. The pricing page shows exactly what is free and what a plan adds.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at ₦3,500 a week in Nigeria or $8 elsewhere, and every plan unlocks every tool. The full breakdown, including what stays free, is on the pricing page.
How does applying work?
Open your feed, pick a job, and tap Apply. Your plan covers the official apply link, and Sydicom drafts the application answers, CV and cover letter from your profile. You review everything and submit it yourself, so you are always in control of what gets sent.
Where do the jobs come from?
We pull live roles directly from companies' own application systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and more), so the listings are real and current.
Can I really apply to these jobs from my country?
Yes. That is the whole point of Sydicom: every job on the board is checked for hidden location restrictions before it goes live. The roles that quietly accept applicants from one region only are filtered out, so what you see is what you can genuinely apply for.
How are jobs matched to me?
Your feed is built from your profile and CV, and every job carries a match score, so you can see how strong the fit is before you spend a credit.
Will the tailored CV invent things I have not done?
No. Your CV is built from your real experience and sharpened to what the job asks for. It stays honest, just stronger and more focused.
How do I buy more credits?
Go to Billing in your dashboard. We accept cards in Naira (via Paystack) and US dollars (via Dodo). You will get a confirmation email from us after each purchase.
Do credits expire?
Plan credits refresh with each period and expire when the period ends. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong with a purchase or an application, email support@sydicom.app and we will make it right.
Is my data private?
Your CV and profile are used only to match you to jobs and prepare your applications. You can delete your account and data any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
