What is Sydicom?
Sydicom is an AI career agent. It finds jobs matched to your CV and prepares each application for you: a CV and cover letter tailored to the specific role, ready for you to review and send.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are how you pay for applications. One credit covers one tailored application (a CV and cover letter written for that role). New accounts start with 5 free credits, and you can top up any time from Billing.
How many free credits do I get?
Every new account starts with 5 free applications, no card required.
How does applying work?
Open your feed, pick a role, and tap Apply. Sydicom prepares a CV and cover letter tailored to that job from your profile. You review everything and submit it yourself, so you are always in control of what gets sent.
Where do the jobs come from?
We pull live roles directly from companies' own application systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, and more), so the listings are real and current.
How are jobs matched to me?
Your feed is built from your profile and CV, and every role carries a match score, so you can see how strong the fit is before you spend a credit.
Will the tailored CV invent things I have not done?
No. Your CV is built from your real experience and sharpened to what the role asks for. It stays honest, just stronger and more focused.
How do I buy more credits?
Go to Billing in your dashboard. We accept cards in Naira (via Paystack) and US dollars (via Dodo). You will get a confirmation email from us after each purchase.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits stay in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong with a purchase or an application, email support@sydicom.app and we will make it right.
Is my data private?
Your CV and profile are used only to match you to jobs and prepare your applications. You can delete your account and data any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
