What you will be doing
- KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Outreach: Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring in new business (with occasional in-person meetings as appropriate).
- Selling: Present, promote, and sell Fresha’s products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Partnering: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Market Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends to enhance our offerings.
- Leads: Engage 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM.
- Business Partnering: Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

What we are looking for
- Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Languages: Fluent in Danish, and English.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Relationship Building: A true hunter and relationship builder.
- Organised: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Curiosity: Naturally curious with a strong desire for continuous growth and development.

Interview process
- Screening Call: Video call with a member of the Talent Team (30 minutes).
- Skills & Experience Discussion: Video call with the General Manager (45 minutes).
- Presentation: In-person interview with the Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager (75 minutes).
We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within two weeks.
