WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- You independently manage a portfolio of mid-sized business customers and ensure they realize the full value of our solution.
- You establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and support customers in optimizing their use of our product.
- You engage closely with decision-makers and company founders, gain a deep understanding of their priorities, and proactively support them in achieving their objectives.
- You guide customers throughout the entire lifecycle and actively drive expansion and retention within your portfolio.
- You identify potential challenges at an early stage, lead solution-focused conversations, and ensure sustained customer satisfaction.
- You analyze customer usage and behavior to derive concrete actions that maximize customer success with our solution.
- You actively promote customer engagement, gather impactful success stories, and share best practices across the customer base.
- You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

- Experience with software products and their development is a plus
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced environment with continuous growth and development
- Fluent German (C2) and English skills, both written and spoken, are required
