- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
- Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus).
- Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese and English.
