What You Will Do
- You are going to be the person who is responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building. This means you will be leading cross-functional teams with your communication starting from a product's ideation all the way through to its launch.
- You will be responsible for building a product and strategy which reflects Insider One's vision. Your job is to clearly articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release.
- You will be defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market.
- You will be managing and prioritizing product items. You will be owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. You will be continuously benchmarking, monitoring, and understanding market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies.
- You will be defining and analyzing the metrics to calculate how features or products are performing, what the level of customer satisfaction is, and provide suggestions for improvements.
- You will always remember that building great products is invigorating. Successful products are built and adopted by customers when a group of committed, focused, and passionate team members play their positions to the best of their abilities. This starts with a strong product manager who feels a deep sense of responsibility for their role and a deep commitment to their team.

What You Will Need
- Experience using and applying Large Language Models. You should know how to prompt-engineer them, how to evaluate them, and understand how they are tuned.
- Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered agentic solutions.
- Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy in the conversational AI channels (nice to have).
- You have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- You have hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
- You have hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
- You have a strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.).
- You have worked with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
- You have built or iterated on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
- You have the ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
- You have the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
