About YouWe're looking for an Associate GTM Recruiter who is competitive, curious, and hungry to become exceptional at recruiting. At Constructor, we hire builders: people who take real ownership of their work, spot what needs fixing, and fix it without waiting to be asked. You'll bring that same mindset to how we hire.
Most of your time will go to sourcing and outreach: finding great people for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and getting them excited to talk to us. You'll also own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career (or coming from an SDR/BDR seat) who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter.
