Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and manage inbound leads, identifying high-potential opportunities
- Run consultative discovery calls to understand budget, product scope, and manufacturing needs
- Nurture prospects over a 2–3 week sales cycle with consistent follow-ups and clear next steps
- Clearly explain cosmetic manufacturing processes, timelines, pricing structures, and options
- Coordinate with internal lab/production teams to align on feasibility and scope
- Collect deposits and guide clients through contracting and onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales forecasts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales
- Proven experience managing inbound leads and nurturing deals through a structured sales cycle
- Strong ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently on video calls
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and move deals forward without step-by-step supervision
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, client-friendly accent
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in cosmetics or personal care contract manufacturing
- Experience selling into US-based brands or founders
- Strong understanding of production timelines, MOQs, and formulation constraints
- Experience structuring commission-based sales performance
