This person will lead the build and growth of BJAK’s Thailand business.
This role owns the market end-to-end — from regulatory compliance and insurer partnerships to product launch and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building a competitive insurance platform in Thailand by securing strong insurer participation, establishing distribution, and driving commercial performance.
We are looking for a hands-on operator who can move quickly from strategy to execution and build a scalable business in a highly competitive market.
What You'll Do:Market Expansion & Business Planning• Lead the execution of the Thailand market strategy plan, including implementing the business plan covering partnerships, distribution, and growth strategy.
Insurer Partnerships & Distribution• Build and manage relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players in the Thailand market.
Business Development• Lead the launch of the platform, working closely with product and engineering teams to develop features, integrations, and customer journeys.
Operations• Establish effective operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures to support strong growth and operational performance.
Leadership & Execution• Represent the group with insurers, regulators, partners, media, and key stakeholders.
