As the Business Operations Manager & Strategy Manager at myTomorrows, you will be the executional backbone of the company — owning the systems, governance, and processes that allow a fast-scaling healthtech organization to execute with clarity and speed. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, reporting into the CEO’s Chief of Staff (Adèle says hi!) and partnering closely with the extended leadership team to ensure the company runs effectively as it grows and communication flows smoothly at all levels of the organization.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will build, maintain, and uphold high standards for the processes that holds the company together and ensure strategy translates into execution — from OKR and KPIs to cross-functional project management and extended
leadership team coordination. You will interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and be trusted to drive and resolve things independently.
Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam.
