Civil Engineer ( Mtwara)

Purpose of the role

The candidate for this role will be responsible to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical specifications and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects such as roads, buildings, drainage systems, and other infrastructure works.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
