What You’ll Do
Support Commercial Sales Growth
- Partner closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery, demos, and technical evaluations.
Learn Customer Environments
- Join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure, security maturity, and business priorities.
Deliver Powerful Demos & Proof of Value
- Show prospects how NodeZero helps identify real attack paths, validate security controls, and reduce risk.
Simplify Complex Security Concepts
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders.
Grow as a Trusted Advisor
- Develop the confidence to answer customer questions, guide conversations, and help move deals forward.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve customer experience and share market feedback.
Continuously Build Expertise
- Learn modern cybersecurity concepts, offensive security methodologies, and consultative selling skills from experienced mentors.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another customer-facing technical role
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
- High curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Based in Chicago or open to relocating there
