We're building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. Nurses are one of the largest and hardest-working groups in the country, but they have few resources available to them to help them outside of the classroom.
We’re changing that, becoming the place nurses go to learn and progress. The first step to realizing this vision is a YouTube channel similar to CeraVe’s Daily Derm. From there, we'll build out a newsletter, an engaged community, and eventually a hub of free resources, similar to what The White Coat Investor is for doctors.
You'll be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera.
What You'll OwnYou'll run the channel – from ideation to hosting to production. You'll have a scriptwriter and editor reporting to you, and your job is to lead the team while showing up on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse.
Who We're Looking For
This role doesn't fit one obvious resume. This role could click for someone from content, journalism, ops, finance, healthcare, or some mix of all of them. We care more about who you are than what you did last.

A clipboard is a thin, rigid writing board with a clip at the top for holding paper in place. A clipboard is typically used to support paper with one hand while writing on it with the other, especially when other writing surfaces are not available. The earliest forms were patented in 1870–1871 and referred to as board clips. Another early version of the clipboard, known as the "memorandum file", was invented by American inventor George Henry Hohnsbeen in 1921, for which he was granted U.S. patent 1,398,591. Related to the clipboard is the Shannon Arch File, which was developed around 1877.
