The Corporate Counsel will provide practical, business-oriented legal support for Freenome's clinical, commercial, research, technology and strategic partnership priorities. In this role, you will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, advise cross-functional teams on legal risk, and manage matters from intake through signature and closeout. You will partner closely with Clinical, Commercial, Corporate Development, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, InfoSec, Product and Engineering. The role reports to the Director, Corporate Counsel.
Commercial & Strategic Contracting
Draft, review and negotiate a broad portfolio of commercial, vendor, professional services, technology, software, data, confidentiality and strategic collaboration agreements.
