Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

The Role

The Corporate Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing quality operations in our production plants. This role will ensure our sites are operating under FSMA, HACCP, and FDA requirements and company SOPs to meet Green Thumb Quality and Compliance Standards. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Director Quality Systems and Compliance and the Regulatory Compliance team to establish procedures in the QMS and ensure sites are operating compliantly to Federal, State, and local cannabis (including Hemp) regulations. The successful candidate will work the Quality Leadership team to develop, manage, and execute the organization’s product, consumer safety, and quality assurance policies and establish performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to meet business requirements.
