We are working on a very important brand fresh. We need someone to support and take it from hand-off and run it into every surface Latent touches. Web, campaigns, social, events, video, decks, recruiting. One job. Make every Latent asset unmistakable at first glance.
This role reports to the VP of Brand. The most important part: you'll do this on top of an AI creative workflow we've already built, the one that lets anyone in the company produce high quality brand-assets in seconds. You're not just an art director. You're the person who makes the brand operate at the speed of the company.
What you'll own1. Scale the rebrand everywhere. Take the new brand system from agency hand-off into every team's daily work. Roll it across web, campaigns, social, events, video, decks, recruiting, and internal comms. Stand up the brand-asset library (templates, decks, components, files) any team can pull from. Teach teams how the brand works and why each rule exists.
2. Direct creative on the campaigns that move the pipeline. Set the visual direction for product launches, brand campaigns and demand gen campaigns. Partner with customer, growth and product marketing team to help launch truly memorable creative.
3. Lead the website rebuild. Direct the rebuild of latenthealth.com on the new brand system. Partner with our agency, the growth and product marketing team on how each page should look and feel. Stand up the visual language that makes every page feel like Latent end to end and scales.
4. Build the social and ads engine. Design a system that scales ads and social by persona. Help with visual storytelling, partner spotlights, founder content and more. Use our internal tools to help scale and test new ideas for creative that helps drive engagement.
5. Direct flagship events and field marketing. Own the creative for our biggest events, webinars, and field marketing. Build high-conversion creative for demand gen, from email through booth design. Make Latent the most distinct presence on any conference floor.
6. Create brand guidelines and systems that scale for sales and PX. Help build scalable creative systems for our partner sales and customer experience teams to move fast and launch new creative independently without brand concerns.
