Program de lucru: Luni – Duminica: 09:00 – 20:00 (3 ture + 2 weekenduri lucrate pe luna) - Programul va fi discutat in avans, iar preferintele vor fi luate in considerare ori de cate ori este posibil.
Training + Nesting: 1 luna
Rolul implica oferirea de suport clientilor prin telefon si email, asistandu-i cu intrebari legate de conturile lor, produsele de economisire si utilizarea platformei. Pozitia include, de asemenea, activitati operationale de back-office si colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru solutionarea intrebarilor si solicitarilor clientilor.
