Product Leadership & Strategy

Translate AI capabilities into trustworthy, contractor-grade experiences.

Own failure modes, edge cases, and recovery paths in automated workflows.
•
Partner with platform and AI teams through a product and UX lens.
•
Own integrations and foundational capabilities that enable agentic FSM workflows.
•
Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality releases.
•
Run and ship experiments that test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning.
What We’re Looking For
•
5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
•
Experience running and shipping experiments in live products.
•
PLG experience is a plus.
•
Understanding SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus.
•
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers.
•
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM,

Leadership, other product teams) to deliver outcomes.
•
Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership.

Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, ProductBoard, Optimizely, Amplitude,

Where
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Ideally, the candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area. Otherwise, occasional travel to our Toronto office—once per quarter—will be expected. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
