The Role
As GTM Lead, Payments & Embedded Finance at OnePay, you will lead our embedded finance distribution strategy, building and scaling partner-driven products and driving growth and acquisitions in large workforce, payment, and HR tech ecosystems. You will:
- Drive the success of OnePay's embedded finance partnerships
- Help drive the acquisition of net new partnerships by bringing a product forward strategy to commercial discussions and GTM motions / sales cycles
- Be accountable for the success of large partnerships where OnePay has made commitments across product, etc,
- Be at the tip of the spear when it comes to bringing all of OnePay to bear in making key partnerships successful
You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance, with a focus on partnerships, business development, or channel strategy
- Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive distribution and revenue growth
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver complex, partner-led solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and deal structures
- Deep understanding of the fintech and embedded finance landscape, including market trends and regulatory considerations
- Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
- Experience being ACCOUNTABLE for the success of large investments and / or resource commitments
- Product forward mindset and deep product and technical knowledge
