The Role
In a high-growth environment, finance isn't just about accounting; it's about resource orchestration. As our Head of Finance, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your journey begins by translating our capital and momentum into strategic growth, ensuring our resources are deployed with precision.
In the early days, you will be a builder. You’ll own and scale the entire finance function from the ground up, implementing the financial infrastructure and "cutting-edge" tools required for a high-growth US startup. You will shift us from foundational setups to high-fidelity reporting, giving our leadership team crystal-clear visibility into revenue, burn, and margins.
As we scale, your role shifts from builder to architect. You will become the primary strategic partner to our CEO, modeling our next big moves, evaluating new market opportunities, and leading the charge on future fundraises. You won’t just be reporting on the past; you’ll be the person architecting our financial future.
The Path AheadThis role is designed for a high-trajectory leader who has played a key role in the scaling phase of a successful startup and is now ready to own the entire function.

- Team Growth: Build and scale the finance function over time, including hiring and developing a high-performing team.”
- Risk Management and Controls: Establish financial controls, risk management frameworks, and audit readiness as the company scales.
