Your role at Hostinger
We are looking for a Head of Product Operations to work with Hostinger’s Head-level Product leaders and help optimize processes for efficiency. Product Operations team's main goal is to enable Product leaders to focus on strategic decision-making by eliminating irrelevant procedures, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution through efficient tools, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. This role includes not only creating solutions, but also working very closely on them hands-on.

Your day-to-day
- Identifying and owning problems: searching for dysfunctions and improvement opportunities in Product Leaders' processes, collaborating with Chief Product and Chief Technology Officer (CPO, CTO - main stakeholders) and Chief of Staff (COS, hiring manager), and being the hands-on person to improve ways of working, suggesting automation logic or required tooling
- Project management and communication: bridge with other departments' operations, ad hoc projects within CPO / CTO scope, status updates, and transparency in the Product department
- Facilitating top leaders: leading sessions for CPO / CTO direct reports (e.g., OKR planning, bi-weekly strategic catch-ups, off-sites or workations), ensuring accountability on action items, triggering relevant discussions, and forming meeting agendas
- Team leading: forming a small Product Operations team, distributing the load, and keeping the quality of the team's deliverables (e.g., team-level / company-level / public roadmaps' health, reporting to Board members from the Product department)
- Support in metrics / data: Weekly Business Review health, assistance for the Finance team for R&D capitalization by giving Product context, challenging Key Result definitions in OKRs
Your skills and experience
- Experience as COO or in Product Management / Ownership, Product Operations, Executive Business Administration
- Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building
- Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools
- Understanding business / product metrics
- Strong common sense and tech-savviness, natural love for tech products
- Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments
- Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products is a plus
