Higher Education Enrollment Consultants/Interim Registrar

Responsibilities

• Serving as Interim Registrar, providing day-to-day leadership of the registration department staff
• Providing oversight, direction, guidance, and coordination of the current registration projects and priorities
• Assessing the efficiency of the registrar department
• Providing registration consulting to higher education clients on a variety of student services topics/challenges
• Designing and delivering training
• Assisting clients in how to best align policy, process, procedures, and personnel to effectively leverage registration solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a college or university Registrar
• Experience with a higher education ERP software (e.g. Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday), including hands-on experience with the registration functionality and the ability to train end users
• Experience assessing registrar operations and making recommendations for process improvement, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities when appropriate…
