The role
As we continue our expansion into new business units and global markets, we are seeking an International Accountant to join our team remotely in Ukraine.
In this role, your primary focus is to directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across our international entities (for example, Spain, Australia, Japan, and others).
You will ensure data integrity in our ERP system and enable informed decision-making by senior leadership, collaborating closely with Finance, Tax, Legal teams and reporting directly to the Reporting Manager, Oksana Pocherniaieva.

What you will do
- Maintain day-to-day accounting, month-end, and year-end closing processes for assigned international subsidiaries in the ERP system (NetSuite)
- Control data accuracy in NetSuite
- Prepare reporting (FS, VAT, GST, ST, etc.), including taxes and intragroup invoices
- Process external requests from auditors, bankers, outsourcers, and other parties
- Automate and optimize routine daily accounting workflows (leveraging modern tools or AI where possible) to ensure zero critical audit or tax issues
- Participate in various projects and ad hoc assignments as required
What you bring
- Strong B2/C1 English proficiency (both written and spoken) for communication with international banks, advisors, and team members
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 1 year in international accountanting
- Hands-on experience with at least one foreign jurisdiction (e.g., European or global entity maintenance, year-end close procedures, reconciliations)
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS
- Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- A tech-savvy mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn fast
- High attention to detail, excelling at multitasking and changing priorities
Nice to have
- CIMA, CPA, or DipIFR certifications (or courses) in progress or completed
