Job Summary
This role leads a department for group accounts receivable across all HCSC. This position is accountable for the hiring/selection, workflow management, employee development, communication, and performance management of a team responsible for accounts receivable functions across the group line of business in all HCSC states. This role represents AR in meetings with internal partners and external customers and brokers and is responsible for the overall performance of the respective department.
