• You have shipped products that required direct collaboration with protocol foundations or core development teams.
• You have built or contributed to ecosystem evaluation frameworks, partnership models, or integration playbooks at a previous company.
• You have written your own smart contract or dApp.
• You have experience managing P&L accountability or revenue targets tied to product decisions.
