Profil recherché

Formation Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, droit social ou équivalent.
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire. de préférence dans l'industrie .
Maîtrise des outils RH (SIRH, logiciels de recrutement, etc.)
Connaissance de la législation sociale
Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH
Compétences en gestion de projet et en communication.
Rigueur, organisation, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, leadership, capacité de gestion et de supervision d'équipes multi-sites.
