Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Account Management to align internal roadmaps with partner requirements
Track, manage, and report pipeline performance and key sales metrics to Instacart leadership
Expect frequent international travel
About You
You have 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce sales, business development, partnerships, or a related field with a track record in closing deals and navigating cross-functional dynamics - focus on grocery and/or international markets is highly preferred
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at market analysis and competitive intelligence
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, and you are comfortable with frequent customer engagements and navigating uncertainty
You have a strong understanding of what constitutes a winning ecommerce strategy, and you have a knack for crafting sales narratives articulating value propositions
You are proficient in creating visually appealing selling collateral that resonates with senior audiences
You are known for your problem-solving skills and resilience, capable of navigating complex challenges and ambiguity in innovative ways.
You take initiative, thrive in ambiguity and you are comfortable working autonomously and with lean teams
