As a member of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of our new clients' 401(k) plans here at Human Interest! You'll be on the front lines with our new clients, working with a wide variety of companies (anything from the local plumber to the nationwide robotics firm), helping them set up and launch their new 401(k) plans. You'll own keeping the sales activation process on-track while ensuring that customers are engaged and happy. Process-driven and people-focused - you are organized, friendly and flexible.
You will be accountable for hitting key performance metrics, identifying and escalating operational blockers to consistently launch a high volume of plans while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are energized by helping business owners meet their goals, being challenged with monthly targets, and fast-changing environments, this is the opportunity for you. Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $63,000 - $65,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus, commission, and equity may be offered. This position will also offer a variable target of $30,000.
