Retirement Sales ERISA Specialist

What you bring to the role

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role - i.e. customer support or account management
• Prior Defined Contribution industry experience required
• QKA or similar industry designation required
• Passionate about serving clients
• Strong organizational skills; you are able to juggle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism and empathy over the phone and through email
• Remain composed in high-stress situations and convey empathy for our customers and their situation
• Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a fast-paced growth environment

Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $100,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000, and a variable target compensation of $20,000 based on performance. The base salary for this position spans $80,000 - $90,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonus
