Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and route opportunities appropriately
- Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM
- Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement
- Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
- Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare, medical services, health tech, or insurance environments
- Experience handling inbound sales or customer inquiries
- Familiarity with appointment setting or lead qualification processes
