Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification
- Set and manage sales appointments and product demos
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data
- Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies
- Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
- Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- High level of self-motivation and time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple industries or sales environments
- Exposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Experience mentoring or leading SDR teams
