Sales Development Representative - Thailand

What You Will Do

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and identify how our solutions can address them.
• Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest effectively.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills in all interactions.
• Maintain, organize, and expand a high-quality database of prospects within your assigned scope.

What You Will Need

• New graduates are highly encouraged;
• University degree in related fields;
• Inside sales experience is a plus;
• Good exposure to the e-commerce society will be an advantage;
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Should be creative about researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads;
• You’re a natural around the phone, and dialing dozens of numbers a day is a piece of cake for you;
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
• Strong problem identification and objection-resolution skills;
• Preferably digital marketing–related experience in a customer-oriented position;
