Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new SDR hires on outbound sales, tools, and processes
- Coach SDRs and SDR Team Leads on calls, messaging, and objection handling
- Create and maintain simple training materials, playbooks, and LMS modules
- Ensure SDRs follow lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRM best practices
- Monitor SDR performance and provide targeted coaching and retraining
- Partner with sales leadership to align training with KPIs and pipeline goals
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in a BPO, call center, or high-volume outbound sales environment
- Experience coaching or mentoring SDRs (formally or informally)
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven sales environments
- Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former SDR Team Lead or player-coach
- Experience onboarding or ramping new SDRs
- Exposure to sales training, enablement, or QA programs
