Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying AEs
- Generate outbound pipeline and support full-funnel enterprise sales
- Analyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging and GTM strategies
- Track sales activity and forecast performance in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Own and close strategic enterprise deals
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class sales team
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven success coaching teams to exceed quota in high-growth settings
- Experience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and $100K+ ARR
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and modern sales tech
- Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform sales
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
